Summary

Reporting compiled in GLAAD's accountability tracker (entry dated March 26, 2026) found that nearly three-quarters of more than 500 federal databases had been revised pursuant to EO 14168, including removal of gender-identity options from operational data systems such as 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline intake and federal youth-homelessness tracking — meaning service-delivery systems, not just research surveys, ceased recording transgender status by 2026.

Status
