Summary
Modifies FDIC-014 (Personnel Benefits and Enrollment Records) and FDIC-021 (Fitness Center Records) because they "use the term 'gender'" — substituting "sex." The notice recites that "On January 20, 2025, the President signed E.O. 14168 . . . which establishes the policy of the United States as recognizing two sexes, male and female." The FDIC-014 record category now reads "an individual's name, earnings, number and name of dependents, sex, date of birth." An independent financial regulator amending a fitness-center records notice illustrates the mechanical, non-discretionary character of the sweep.
