Summary
In June-July 2025 the State Department replaced "LGBTQ+ Travelers" headings and language with "LGB Travelers" across its international travel advisories, deleting transgender-specific safety information for U.S. travelers — mirroring the NPS "LGB" edits and applying the terminology mandate to consular safety communications.
