Summary

Modifies system of records OPM/Central-15, renamed from "Health Claims Data Warehouse Records" to "Health Benefits Claims and Cost Records," and updates the categories of records by "changing 'gender' to 'sex' to conform with the requirements of E.O. 14168," with a footnote quoting section 3(c) in full. The system holds claims and cost data for the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and the Postal Service Health Benefits Program, so the change reaches the demographic coding of federal employee and annuitant health claims.
