Summary

Amends 32 CFR 516.3(b), the Army's litigation regulation, replacing "gender" with "sex" in a single drafting-convention sentence. The revised text reads: "The masculine sex has been used throughout this regulation for simplicity and consistency. Any reference to the masculine sex is intended to include women." The preamble states the rule removes language promoting "gender ideology" and cites Executive Order 14168. Effective on publication; no notice and comment, on the ground that the change is administrative.
