Summary

In a Paperwork Reduction Act submission to OMB, FCC asks to revise FCC Form 323 (Ownership Report for Commercial Broadcast Stations), Section II-B, Question 2(a), changing the heading "Citizenship, Gender, Ethnicity, and Race Information" to "Citizenship, Sex, Ethnicity, and Race Information," and the adjacent prompt from "Gender" to "Sex," expressly "to comply with President Trump's recent Executive Order 14168." The Commission characterizes the change as non-substantive and applies it to both the form and its instructions. This is the only Federal Register document from the FCC in the entire EO 14168 corpus.
