118MINUTE ORDER (Text-Only): Plaintiffs have filed an Amended Complaint, Dkt. No. 71, adding multiple new parties, including several new Plaintiffs who have filed a Second Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Dkt. No. 72 . That Motion raises issues that are essentially overlapping, if not materially identical, to those issues already fully briefed in connection with the 5/7/2025 TRO entered in this case. Nevertheless, the Court will allow Defendants the opportunity to present any additional argument and/or evidence (that is, argument or evidence not already provided in connection with the first TRO) in opposition to the Second Motion for TRO. Defendants shall file their response no later than noon on Friday, 5/23/2025. In addition, the newly added Plaintiffs have also moved for a preliminary injunction. The Court hereby orders Defendants to respond to that motion, no later than noon PDT on Wednesday, 5/28/2025. Plaintiffs' reply may be filed no later than Friday, 5/30/2025.
