AN ACT REQUIRING PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATORS TO RECOGNIZE EACH STUDENT BY THE BIOLOGICAL GENDER OF SUCH STUDENT. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require public school 1 educators to recognize each student by such student's biological gender. 2 Statement of Purpose: To require public school educators to recognize each student by the biological gender of such student.
