Summary
Adds to existing law to establish the Pediatric Secretive Transitions Parental Rights Act.
Curator notes
Blocking a trans kid from social or medical transitioning isn't child abuse. Also schools, teachers, physical and mental heathcare, and other mandatory reporters can't facilitate social transitioning or GAC w/o parental consent. Failed at crossover deadline 3/9/26
