AN ACT
To amend chapter 1, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to use of state revenues.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 1, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be

known as section 1.380, to read as follows:
1.380. No state revenues shall be appropriated to or expended upon any entity that
2
adopts or implements any project, program, or policy that creates or attempts to create a
3
gender-neutral environment in a previously gender-divided environment, except that this
4
section shall not apply to any environment in which any federal or state court order
5
requires a gender-neutral environment.
