Summary
Relating to occurrences of bias.
Curator notes
Provides that tenant who is bias crime victim is not responsible for damages resulting from commission of bias crime. Provides that perpetration of bias crime by tenant constitutes cause for termination of tenancy. Bias crime entails the targeting of LGBTQ+ people
