Mr. BURCHETT introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Com-
mittee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committees
on Armed Services, and Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provi-
sions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To codify Executive Order 14190 (relating to ending radical
indoctrination in K–12 schooling).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘EO 14190 Act of

2025’’.
