A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to be used to support
drag theater performances.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION.

No Federal funds are authorized to be appropriated
4
or otherwise made available to any program, project, or
5
activity that involves the hosting or that otherwise involves
6
supporting drag shows, performances, testimonials, or any
7
demonstrations involving drag. For purposes of this sec-
8
tion, the term ‘‘drag’’ refers to dressing in clothing that
