Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON TEACHING GENDER IDEOLOGY. 1 Section 8526 of the Elementary and Secondary Edu- 2 cation Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7906) is amended— 3 (1) in paragraph (6), by striking ‘‘or’’; 4 (2) by redesignating paragraph (7) as para- 5 graph (8); and 6 (3) by inserting after paragraph (6) the fol- 7 lowing: 8 ‘‘(7) to teach or advance concepts related to 9 gender ideology, as defined in section 2 of Executive 10 Order 14168 (90 Fed.
