AN ACT relating to education; repealing the definition of

gender identity for student eligibility in interscholastic

activities; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. W.S. 21-25-201(a)(v) is repealed.

Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2024.
