AN ACT relating to marriage; defining marriage as a

contract between two natural persons; and providing for an

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. W.S. 20-1-101 is amended to read:

20-1-101. Marriage a civil contract.

Marriage is a civil contract between a male and a female
11
person two (2) natural persons to which the consent of the
12
parties capable of contracting is essential.
