A BILL

AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses; repealing an

exception to the crime of promoting obscenity regarding

possessing obscene materials for specified bona fide
4
educational purposes; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1. W.S. 6-4-302(c)(ii) is repealed.

Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2025.
