Bill type definitions
How the team defines each type of bill it tracks. A type has a macro, the part before the colon (“Sports Ban”), and may have subtypes after it (“Sports Ban: Colleges”). A subtype with no wording of its own is read by its macro's definition. The bill counts are public bills, each counted once: a macro's count is the bills with the macro or any of its subtypes, so it can be smaller than its subtypes' counts added together.
