- Department of Justice (DOJ)

- Executive order
Summary
Establishes a Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias chaired by the Attorney General. The order's findings frame transgender-related civil-rights enforcement as religious persecution, stating that "The Biden Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sought to force Christians to affirm radical transgender ideology against their faith" and criticizing the 2024 Transgender Day of Visibility falling on Easter. Operationally, it directs agencies to identify and reverse policies deemed anti-Christian — a mandate agencies have applied to gender-identity nondiscrimination requirements and conscience exemptions (see sections 2, 8). EO number 14202; 90 FR 9365 (Feb. 12, 2025).
