Summary

DOJ announced a settlement resolving its investigation of the Cleveland Clinic under which the Clinic agreed to cease providing gender-affirming medical care to minors for 20 years and to commit $2 million to fund "detransition care" services. It was the first negotiated agreement in DOJ's provider campaign to permanently end a major health system's pediatric gender care — achieved without any adjudicated violation of law.
