Verification note. NEGATIVE FINDING WORTH RECORDING: a full-text search of 'CES Guide 2022.pdf', which tabulates every variable in the 2022 common content, turns up no transgender POLICY item at all - the military row was dropped after 2021 and the gender-transition-care item did not arrive until 2023. Only the demographic self-identification item and a new four-category gender item are present. Counts read from the guide and are UNWEIGHTED; percentages computed by this agent from those counts (839 + 58,034 + 528 = 59,401).
