Verification note. Percentages read from the trend row labeled '16-19 Oct 21' inside Fox's own April 21-24, 2023 national topline PDF (questions 29-32). The October 2021 release itself was not located, so sample size, MOE and release date for this fielding are unconfirmed. Fox's Oct 16-19, 2021 topline released Oct 20, 2021 covers questions 1-44 only and does not contain the schools battery, which was held for a later release.

Wording notes: presupposes that transgender school policies could be 'overly accommodating' | no counterpart item asking whether schools are insufficiently accommodating | item embedded in a battery of school 'problems', so every item is pre-framed as a candidate problem
tilts_restrictive — The stem 'Overly accommodating transgender policies' embeds the conclusion in the stimulus: a respondent cannot register the view that schools are not accommodating enough, and agreeing that it is 'not a problem' still concedes the premise that accommodation is 'overly' generous. The battery does contain a countervailing item (book banning), which partially balances the block.
